NetSuite Functional Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementation, business process analysis, system configuration, and client consulting.
Education & Experience
5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.
Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules including:
- Financial Management
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Inventory Management
- CRM
- Project Management
- Hands-on experience with Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards, and SuiteFlow.
- Strong business analysis and requirement-gathering capabilities.
- Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Lead NetSuite ERP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, records, and dashboards based on business needs.
- Conduct business process mapping and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Prepare functional specification documents and solution design documents.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers for customizations and integrations.
- Support data migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing process improvement recommendations.
