Experience: 3-4 years
Responsibilities :
- Conduct user research to uncover insights into user needs, behaviors, and challenges, and translate these findings into actionable design strategies
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and storyboards to visually communicate design concepts and user interactions
- Design visually appealing, intuitive user interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with brand identity and guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project objectives
- Perform usability testing to gather feedback, refine designs, and enhance the overall user experience
- Manage and evolve design systems to maintain consistency and streamline the design process across all projects
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent, with a solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is an added advantage.
