Technical Project Manager(Web)

Architect Scalable, Secure, and high-performance solutions that met business needs

Strong programming knowledge in PHP, Larvel, and WordPress, and good work experience in MySQL and Postgres DB.

 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ensure the best practices for coding architecture and development processes.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, and recommend new tools or frameworks to enhance productivity.

Manage and optimize application, performance, scalability and security.

Knowledge of SCRUM project management is a plus.

Knowledge of continuous integration (CI)and continuous delivery/continuous deployment (CD) is a plus

 Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer science, Information technology, or a related field.

Proven experience of 7 years in mobile and web application development with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role. - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Larvel, Word Press, MySQL, Postgres DB, Server Handling and maintenance activities,

Experience with frameworks like React JS, Flutter, Kotlin, etc will be a plus

Solid understanding of backend technologies APIs and database management.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and teams.

Responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge mobile and web applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product managers, Designers, and the QA team to define project requirements and deliverables.

Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and technical specifications.

 Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of development standards.
