- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Design and develop customizations, extensions, and integrations in NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder

- Oversee the implementation and configuration of NetSuite modules to meet client needs, including financials, inventory management, order management, and more

- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support

- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for NetSuite development and customization

- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance processes are followed

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance testers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget

- Strong technical expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk

- Experience leading a team of developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical leadership

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
