- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements

- Configure NetSuite modules to meet client needs, including financials, inventory management, order management, and CRM

- Provide guidance and best practices for NetSuite implementation and configuration

- Conduct training sessions for client users to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for NetSuite users, including resolving issues and answering questions

- Work closely with technical consultants and developers to design and implement custom solutions as needed

- Stay up-to-date on NetSuite enhancements and new features, and provide recommendations for leveraging them to improve client operations

- Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality and modules, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills
