Job Description

  • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Channel Partnerships Manager to drive our growth in international markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners in regions such as UK, Australia, Dubai (UAE), and Southeast Asia.

Education & Experience

  • 4+ years in international marketing, business development, or channel partnership roles in IT services, SaaS, or digital product companies.

  • Proven experience establishing and managing partnerships in the UK, Australia, UAE/Dubai, or Southeast Asia.

  • Strong understanding of web and mobile application services and the ability to communicate technical solutions to business audiences.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and digital outreach platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).

  • Comfortable working independently, with remote coordination across time zones.

Responsibilities

 

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Channel Partner Development:

      • Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with potential channel partners, resellers, agencies, or consulting firms in target international markets.

      • Establish partnership models (commission-based, white-label, joint venture, etc.).

      • Drive onboarding, training, and enablement for new partners.

    • Market Penetration & Lead Generation:

      • Conduct market research to identify demand, competition, and potential gaps.

      • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor services and messaging for local markets.

      • Create and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns for lead generation via LinkedIn, email, and online marketplaces.

    • Relationship & Account Management:

      • Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure consistent performance and pipeline development.

      • Set KPIs for each partner; monitor and optimize based on performance metrics.

    • Marketing Strategy:

      • Develop marketing collateral, sales decks, and pitch materials aligned with each region's business culture and expectations.

    Represent the company in virtual events, expos, and partnership meetings (some international travel may be required).
