Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the development team, translating business needs into functional requirements.
You will be involved in understanding client goals, analyzing processes, and delivering clear documentation to guide project execution.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech, web development, or software environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and clients
Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are a plus
Responsibilities
Interact with clients to gather and understand business requirements
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
Work closely with project managers and developers to ensure clear project scope and alignment
Conduct gap analysis, workflow mapping, and process improvement studies
Prepare and present project documentation, proposals, wireframes, and timelines
Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel, BI tools, or SQL as needed
Participate in client meetings, sprint planning, and testing/validation phases
Ensure deliverables meet business expectations and client satisfaction
